PrimeTimeCigars.com is part of the TBS-Cigars.com network of cigar companies online. We are a reseller of the Primetime cigar line, as well as over 200 other brands of cigars.
Before you contact us by email or phone, please read below:
1) We have NOTHING to do with Primetime sales in Canada. Please do not contact us concerning shipping to Canada, retailers in Canada, or how to get Primetimes in Canada.
2) We have NOTHING to do with any issues pertaining to Primetime cigars purchased from any other vendor or source. We only guarantee products that we sell to our customers. We have strict quality controls on our inventory and cannot replace damaged items that some other vendor sold you.
3) We do not ship to Canada, NO EXCEPTIONS! Its against Canadian law to ship tobacco directly to the end consumer. Any questions, contact your Canadian Tobacco control.
4) We do not ship to minors, its against the law...even IF someone of age buys them!
5) All sales are online via our secure shopping cart system. Age checks are required for new customers and is performed electronically based on the information you enter for the order. Should you have any questions concerning your order, or ordering online with our company, please feel free to email us, or call us at 724-657-0512. For those customers who are uneasy about ordering online, we do have a toll-free fax line setup where you may fax your order 877-460-2992. Also note that our shopping cart system is SECURE and our company is bonded by BuySafe which promises you are buying from a legitimate company.
5) We are NOT the manufacturer of Prime Time cigars.

6) MILITARY APO / FPO shipments are welcome!!
If you are in the military and stationed outside of the USA with an APO or FPO address then we can ship to you. There are a select few military locations where we cannot ship due to customs restrictions on tobacco. However Iraq, Afghanistan and several other recently common bases/areas CAN receive tobacco shipments. If you do not have an APO/FPO address, then contact us to see if other arrangements can be made. All international shipments are subject to import taxes and fees through customs in the destination country.
