PrimeTimeCigars.com carries the same policy as our other affilated websites. PrimeTimeCigars.com is brought to you by Turner Business Serivces.
As with our other websites, we have made every effort to properly list correct the descriptions and sizes for the products on this site. However, there is always a chance of human error. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. This policy is effective for all of our affiliated websites which sell tobacco products, including CigarSampler.com, CojimarCigar.com, AllFlavoredCigars.com, TBS-Cigars.com, TatianaCigars.com and PTcigars.com.
If you would stumble across a pricing error on the site, we will greatly appreciate you contacting us about it. In return, we will give you an order of cigars at a greatly reduced price as a thank you! We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders and the right to refuse sales.

Shipping Policy:
Currently, our shipping charges are based on the total order value as follows:
Orders $0.00 up to $99.99, $8.00 Shipping/Handling
Orders $100 up to $199.99, $9.00 Shipping/Handling
Orders $200 and up, $10.00 Shipping/Handling
We prefer to ship your cigars by Priority Mail which normally takes 2-3 days to arrive at most US locations. Express mail is available on a case by case basis and at an additional charge depending on weight and shipping address (normally $25-$35). Large volume orders may be shipped by UPS 3-Day depending on the weight and size of the package. We cannot ship via Express mail to APO/FPO locations!
Most items ship within 24 hours of your order, only to US addresses. However, during busy times of the year, we may require additional time. We take orders on Saturday and Sunday, however orders are not processed until the next business day.
Shipments to military personnel (APO / FPO’s) outside the USA are welcome!! We do not ship to any address outside the USA unless its a military APO/FPO! No shipments to Canada.
We collect sales tax for Pennsylvania purchases. Some states and countries (for APO/FPO shipments) may impose taxes for tobacco imports. Any such fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Taxes are paid in full for PA purchases.
Backorders:
The tobacco industry is always subject to high demands or “booms” for particular products depending on manufacturer advertising campains, magazine reviews, and even seasonal demands. For this reason, backorders can happen.
If an item is backordered, or is no longer available (ie. limited reserves & specials), we will contact you concerning a full instant refund back to your account, or you may choose to wait for the order, or select a different item based on your “credit”... Whichever makes you, the customer, happy!
Returns
Cigars are a perishable item and we take every precaution to make sure that your cigars are properly stored before shipment, packaged air-tight and shipped in a timely manner. We cannot assume liability for them once you have had them in your possession for an extended period of time, as cigars can dry out in a matter of days in an improper environment. Tobacco products cannot be returned without prior authorization. If we made a mistake in your order we will make every attempt to correct the problem to your liking. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you are returning an item for any other reason that is not the fault of our company, there will be a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping charges will not be refunded. If there is a holiday within the 24-hours of receipt, we extend the contact time to the end of the next business day.
NSF Checks & Credit Card Chargebacks:
NSF Checks and credit card chargebacks will be charged a processing fee of $50 per incident plus any fees incurred to collect the debt including but not limited to court costs, mailing fees, certified fees, and late fees. NSF Checks left unpaid are considered a reportable felony in many states.
Online Transaction Safety & Age Verification:
All purchasers must be 18 years of age (or older in some states) for tobacco containing products. All online transactions are electronic with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Additional age verification is done against government issued ID’s along with phone “call-backs” if necessary to ensure age verification. Under our policies, you must complete the online age verification form before your initial order is shipped. The age check comes up during the ordering process. NOTE: We also accept orders via our toll-free fax line (1-877-460-2992) where you can use your credit card if you do not feel secure for an online transaction.

If you wish to send payment by mail, we do accept money orders if you enclose a copy of your state photo ID. Tobacco products will only be shipped to the address and name listed on the ID. If you don’t enclose proper identification, the money order will be destroyed and we will not ship the order! No exceptions! Your ID may also be faxed to 1-877-460-2992
We are a firm believer that children should not smoke and tobacco products should not be available to them. By placing your order, you are certifying that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products. If you are not, we keep your money and put it towards the high costs associated with protecting children from purchasing tobacco products. Attempts by minors to purchase tobacco products will be forwarded to the proper authorities.
Customer Privacy Notice
We are committed to adhering to privacy principles and requirements. Because we greatly value the trust you place in us, it is our policy to safeguard all individually identifiable information entrusted to us. Use of this information enables us to get to know you, your needs, and your preferences. This helps us provide you with superior customer service and offer products and specials that may be of interest to you.
Information collected online during your transaction is used to confirm you are of legal age for a tobacco purchase, and to establish an account with us. Your information is never sold to any 3rd party and is kept exclusive to our Turner Business Services owned websites. (ie. Making a purchase from TBS-Cigars would establish a pre-approved account on all our cigar websites so that another age check would not be required. Sales from our other sites will build your overall sales total with us for future discounts/promos based on your volumes.) There may be instances where we will disclose individually identifiable information as permitted by law, including, but not limited to, a response to a court order or subpoena, to prevent fraud, to comply with the law, report and underage purchase attempt, and to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a government agency.
We believe in email privacy and do not send out loads of unsolicited email (SPAM). When you place your order we will keep in contact with you via email pertaining to that order. You will receive a sales notice within minutes of the order checkout. Plus a couple other emails which pertain to your order like shipping notices, backorder notice, as your order progresses through our system. Outside of keeping you informed of your order, you will not be sent emails unless you request information from us.
If you are on our monthly newsletter for specials and announcements, there is a link at the bottom to opt-out of the newsletter which will will respectfully remove that email address from the newsletter upon request. Likewise, you may opt-in to our newsletter program if you so desire special deals and early-bird specials!
Cigar smoking is not a safe alternative to smoking cigarettes. Please note that cigarettes and other tobacco products contain/produces chemicals known to the State of California (and other places) to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
